❥ the return of selfcare

the original selfcare book filled with useful threads and information! my account was deleted on april 24th, 2022. this downfall led me to having thoughts like i wouldn't do anything like this ever again. it led me to thinking "all good things must come to an end", but these are thoughts from around 4 months ago. after revisiting this platform after a long break, i am returning but taking a different approach to these advice books. read the first chapter to find out more.
