Todoroki is unable to tell truth from lie as he enters a state of depression, soon going mute after the death of his wife Momo. During this time, he meets Bakugou at a bar, leading to a friendship that grows into a mutual romantic interest between the two.

But when Todoroki convinces himself that his wife is still alive, can Bakugou pull Todoroki out of his sea of lies, or will Bakugou's aid not be enough to save Todoroki?
