bonnie just came back from the other side and only damon and her know what happened over there.what happened?why are bonnie and damon acting differently?whats going on in mystic falls?

Everything before bonnie and damon get surrounded in white light is the same. Everything after is different. So after the light is a totally different plot than the one in the show.
