Female nations have a hard time getting pregant, and an even harder time carrying the pregnancy to term, meaning pregnancy losses are very, very common. And if they do manage to get pregnant, they don't show physical signs of pregnancy, but rather symtoms occasionally. If they are born, the children are almost always sickly and don't live past eleven, let alone make it to adulthood. They never grow past the age of twelve, but can live for hundreds of years. In every other aspect, they are human. And Spain looks after every single child. He does it for free, and he loves children so much, they all have a great life.
