Prologue

Being a troublemaker was never a problem for Skyler Hamilton, until now. Fed up with her 'inappropriate behavior', Skyler's mom decides that enough is enough and sends her daughter off to England where her Aunt Elizabeth's orphanage, Asulon, is. As soon as Skyler arrives she knows something is not right; strange occurrences take place like a gigantic horse and its spooky rider, an extremely British aunt, an intriguing painting, unexpectedly meeting her long lost cousin, and an unbelievably gorgeous guy. The last part sounds quite normal (and delicious), but Skyler soon finds out that there is more to the handsome boy than what meets the eye. She also discovers that there may be more about herself than what meets her own eyes. Deep in its woods and even behind its own doors, Asulon conceals secrets that should never be revealed.
