Humble Beginnings: First Time

What's a gang of criminals supposed to do in a criminally over-saturated city to set themselves apart? Well, knock power out for the entire city, that's what. But that attracts attention, maybe too much attention, from people who they'd never want to be looking. Of course, the gang is going to be cocky.

Whether that cockiness is genuine, or a pitiful façade- that's yet to be seen.
