Romeo and Juliet had it easy. Penelope Manichelli. She's headstrong, stubborn, doesn't like being bossed, and well, you really wouldn't wanna piss her off. She's one of the most powerful vampires in the world. She's seen and done things that would make anyone pee their pants. She used to be a badass vampire, then something shattered her heart. She's a semi-good girl now, she's gone to Westingston High in Missouri for the past 3 years, straight A's, getting another diploma, and hasn't wanted to kill anyone. Until... Jake Povesilla. Jake hadnt had the perfect life. He's a bad boy. He parties, smokes, steals, drinks, rides a bike. You get the idea. But, he wasn't always like that. His mother left when he was very young, and his dad is never around. He doesn't take no for an answer, he's rude, and he loves annoying good girls. No one ever turns him down, no one ever says no, until Penelope. Obviously, Penelope and Jake are gonna hate each other. But, will it turn into something else? Ohh!
