Lily Davis was trouble. In fact, she became too much trouble whenever she got caught stealing drugs back in her old town, in 8th grade, causing her father to move her to the place he grew up, outer banks. She lives with her aunt, who her father thinks is responsible, but in fact is not. What will happen when Lily stumbles across a boy who may even be more trouble than her?
