Dream is a police officer in Orlando, Florida and George aka 'Criminal 404' is the leader of the most wanted gang ever. The gang is smart, strong, tactical, reckless, sneaky and can be quite the trickster. They have high technology, helicopters, grappling hooks, lazer guns and more. George is living a double life switching between normal innocent George and Criminal 404. After George and Dream become good friends, it's a struggle to keep his biggest secret away from him as well as the three words 'I love you'
