Description
There's a new sheriff in town, figuratively and literally speaking when Clyde Wells takes over as Chief of Creek Falls. A small town with a lot of personality and a lot of men hungry single women, old and young trying to just get a piece of the new Chief. Unfortunately, Clyde makes his first trip in the new town at the popular diner and bakery "Slice of Heaven" where not only does he fall head over heels for the decadent desserts and comfort food, but he also finds himself becoming smitten by the owner. Heavenly Mcpherson, owner of "Slice of Heaven" and single mother to a very spunky six-year-old. Time is limited with keeping her business up and running properly and being a great mother that she has no time to entertain the very lusty men of Creek Falls especially Clyde Wells, no matter how persistent he is. There was no way she would replace her first love like her town had. Will Heavenly finally break her promise of moving on or will she keep the very determined Clyde Wells at a distance to continue on with her usual life?
