Prologue

Isla's life isn't easy. Between having to look after her younger brothers, dealing with her father, and the chronic lack of friends, she's just hoping to make it through her junior year. That goal gets a little harder when she moves to a small town called Willow Creek. There she makes her first friend and also some new enemies. There are divisions and hatred coming to a head just as she's moving in. What Isla convinced herself was just a small-town feud is in reality something much more earth-shattering. It was something that would change her and her brothers' entire lives. Will she be forced into the middle of this feud? What choices will it force her to make?
