On a field trip to the nearby Oscorp Inc., Wilbur and their brother wander off guide during the tour. After getting bitten by a radioactive spider, he finds himself with newfound powers - and with the threat of an enemy from their past, the incentive to learn how to harness those powers as fast as possible.
