Kairi Fukushima finally graduated from High School on her way to college in Tokyo where she will study art and music she gets a call from her ex boyfriend Shori Kondo he invites her to see a stage play of her favorite anime Haikyuu she goes because she wants to see her 2 favorite characters on stage her ex boyfriend playing one of her favorite characters she gets invited backstage where she meets Kentaro Akisawa who plays Daichi Sawamura in the stage play they began talking and started to get to know each other and go on dates which results in them dating and causing a jealous ex boyfriend trying to get her back .
