He stares at her with a sad look in his eyes as she glares at him. She doesn't like him, at all and he knows that but he wishes that she would give him a chance. He just wants to know why she is always so cold towards him.

"Why can't you just love me?" I've done everything for you and all I ask for in return is for you to love me...but you can't...why?"

She looks at him and smiles. Her beautiful smile. The one that made butterflies flutter inside his stomach whenever they were together...the smile that he had only ever seen on her when she was looking at another man. That smile that makes him feel like he could fly if he tried hard enough.
