Prologue: Fear not child, I am here

Left in an alley with no name of his own, an unknown quirk, nearly no memories to navigate right and wrong, and voices swarming in his head: can you blame him for the poor life he's lead?

Is he simply another villain without a mind of his own, or something worth saving from his own destruction?
