The Great Rite

The siblings of the Night Court have been Under the Mountain for the last forty-nine years. Abused and belittled, Artemis has been able to remain strong. Strong for her older brother and strong for the human who had been dragged before the Dark Queen. Though, days before Feyre's first trial, Artemis's outlook on the remainder of days in servitude is tested. Artemis's fear is enough for her to nearly concede, but the ember of hope that has yet to come keeps her fighting.
