Prologue

The city of progress set the path of many on the bridge, including a family of three.

Basically I wanted to add a brother into arcane, and thought instead of giving him daggers l=or a physical weapon, im gonna give him magic. so I also stole the powers concept from destiny for the general template of abilities.
