19th century london. Hanuel is a young novelist and is on a deadline to finish her book within the next fortnight. Yeonjun, born with magic travels back in time and accidentally brings Haneul to the present. he brings her home for the night and loses her on the train to the city. Lost Hanuel needs Yeonjun to go back to her realm. she finds a foster home and on discovering her own magical powers, she communicates with him through writing him in her novel but on one condition set by her foster parents and that, she isn't allowed to write.
