Strata Report: What Does It Reveal?

Strata ownership systems are great because they allow individuals or small businesses to own a physical section or part of a property or plot of land and share common areas. The Strata Title System replaced the Company Title System in 1961, which did not allow ownership of part of a lot but instead gave individuals shares in the company that owned the building, allowing them exclusive use of part of the property.
