Chapter 1

J͜͡e͜͡s͜͡s͜͡a͜͡l͜͡y͜͡n͜͡ H͜͡i͜͡l͜͡l͜͡, a 12-year-old girl who has lived in the woods for most of her life. Let's say she isn't your average 12-year-old. She fends for herself, the animals in the woods and even helps the nearby town. Her father, Jonathan Hill, was a marksman and his father taught him archery. Despite not remembering what he looks like, Jessalyn gets short snippets of her parents - from her father's rough hands to her mother's smoothing voice. Jessalyn knows how to use a gun and a bow and arrow from a young age as her father taught her incase of emergency. Now Jessalyn is an orphan due to an accident on their way to their campsite...or so she thought. Yup! If you guessed she is related to Maria Hill, agent of SHIELD...You are right. Jessalyn is her niece but doesn't know since her dad and Maria broke off contact and her dad never talked about his younger sister. She befriends the family of wolves as she can talk in any language - from human to animals. She's lived a free life, that is until someone with an eyepatch takes interest in her.
