A 29 year-old East Asian rookie police dispatcher (Carmen Lee) is given her first task to assist a fellow LAPD SWAT officer (Jack Traven), in carrying out a high-risk search for a 14 year old girl (Nina Evergreen) who has been kidnapped by an online child predator at a mall.
