Marina Sloan, had never had a proper family before. She had been moved about from foster home to foster home, never really having the opportunity to settle, but she had decided that she had had enough of this. She wanted a home, She wanted a family so she set out to find her father. When she found him, things weren't easy for either of them, but now she couldn't imagine life without him. She now had a family, the biggest and best family she could ask for.
