Lando Leonide and his girlfriend Satoura Mikami got in an car crash with only Lando surviving. He got depressed to the point of suicide and he did, but sudently he awoke in a strange cave with a new appearance and powers. He overheard a couple of adventurers saying something about a village and a slime they met named Rimara Mikami. If his suspicions were correct then he has only one objective right now find his reincarnated girlfriend and live happily ever after.
