Chapter 1: Introduction

The intelligence unit begins investigating a case that has been unsolved for 10 years. A brutal murder of a 17 year old girl. Slowly, more and more clues are found, but all the clues point to a detective of the intelligence unit. Was she capable of committing such a brutal murder at the age of 15 or is someone trying to frame Detective Hailey Upton for the murder?
