Silver never knew the concept of a multiverse or even an omniverse. So, when he randomly teleported, he never expected to end up in a world where 80% of the population had some kind of power. Let's just hope he can accept this world and possibly make some new friends and find a love to care for. (This takes place during the second half of Season 3)
