Drew LaCroix moves to New York City to take a job offered by her college buddy, Sean Combs, at Uptown Records. But this is not a normal job, Drew becomes the A&R for Jodeci. Along the way, she falls in love with fan-favorite Devante Swing. Will Drew be able to make a way and name for herself without falling into Devante's shadow?
