With the situation already desperate, the student council elects a desperate measure.... Win the National Sensha-Dō Championship, by their lonesome. Already in a precarious state, the student council decides to open up their foreign exchange program which had been dormant for years, hopefully gaining some reinforcements for the struggle ahead.
