A new superhero has appeared in Centropolis, Charge. He is son of Nano and Breeze, now that he is ready to be a superhero. The life he has known will change, at the same time. His parents are hiding something from him. Havoc a well known supervillain, life gets sent down a path that will change her. But when their paths cross, will they see past their moral standings?
