After defeating the Trihexa, Iseei was supposed to lose Ddraig and the Welsh Dragon Boosted gear. Rias and her peerage saw him as useless and cheated on him with other males. But to their surprise he was still the Red Dragon Emperor and was hungry for revenge. But now he was also the wielder of something far more stronger than they could ever imagine.
