After graduating from the Metro Police academy, Francine "Frankie" Hanson (granddaughter of Tom Hanson) gets transferred and recruited to join the renewed undercover program: 23 Jump Street, revived from the 80's and recent years.
To her surprise, she now works alongside her ex-high school sweetheart, Timothée, (grandson of Dennis Booker) as her partner and the other grandchildren of the other former 21JS program officers. As a rookie officer, she works on different cases and assignments.

And in the process - there's the obstacle of trying to figure out her genuine feelings towards Tim, whether she still can't stand him or starts to fall in love with him all over again, some old feelings still linger in her heart.
