In a world full of vampires and werewolf's why can't there be witches ?

When a spunky young Belladonna Howe ,a 17 year old witch in training, is forced to move in with her Aunt to rainy Forks,Washington after the loss of her family and coven in Salem, Massachusetts. With nothing but the clothes on her back and hope in her heart will she rebuild her life.
