Wyatt Finnegan and Meadow Dawson have been best friends since they were born. They've been through everything together, from the highs of their locally popular band to the lows of Wyatt's cancer. Wyatt was diagnosed with Leukemia when he was 11 years old, and has struggled with it ever since. They're normal, just like you and me, except in their world, when your soulmate dies, you get a notification on your phone presenting you with the tragic news.
