Charlotte Henderson, preferably known as Charlie, is just trying to live a normal, senior year at Hawkins High, when she is thrown in between two very unexpected love interests. She meets the charming and fascinating Eddie Munson who is quick to express his interest in her. But her lifelong best friend Steve Harrington is then pushed into a confession of his feelings for her, that have always hung in the air between the two of them, when he sees her slipping away to another.
