Prologue

Frodo bears the One Ring that could end Middle Earth. Cody bears the Darkness that desires the Ring. Frodo was given the Ring as an heirloom from his uncle. Cody was placed under the Darkness by force for her love of the Ring Bearer. Both of these hobbits carry a burden that can only be destroyed by the Fires of Mount Doom.
