Chapter 1 - Late to Work

Alis broke up with her boyfriend, Wesley, 5 years ago making her single till now. Every man that courted her got rejected as she didn't want to have a relationship with anyone after what she had done. A mistake. One mistake that she used to be afraid of. Using her boyfriend from another point of view or you could say that the mistake did hurt him. She doesn't want to repeat it. She has thoughts of wanting to have a relationship with someone special countless times yet she could not.
