Prologue

Alfred is kidnapped and taken to another world. It is revealed that the King of this world has taken to looking for a wife, Queen, and mother to his children. The hunt for the perfect Queen ensues with the Game of the Brides. Four thousand women compete weekly in a match of twenty for their place on the throne. The only problem is that Alfred is a man. It is life or death as Alfred tries to navigate his way through the chaos and get back home.
