We are continuously challenged emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Often times we get tired of it all. We tend to loose our inner resilience. With that, we forget that "its okay not to be okay". Resilience is our ability to thrive in the challenges thrown at us. The ability to adapt and recover comes from living through adverse situations. This resilience is comparable to a tiny sapling which needs nourishment to bloom. Similarly, our minds have the ability to bloom the resilience and strength within us.
