Chapter 1- Benji

John is a teleporter coming up to the end of his Government Service as a superhero when his teammate is killed in action; soon after he meets and falls in love with Sam, a student. At the end of his Service, he enrols at the same university as his lover, but an old enemy is also in the halls; and then a murder is committed just three floors up from Sam.
