Callie decides do come back to Seattle after breaking up with Penny, only to find out Arizona is in a relationship. Little does Callie know, Arizona's new relationship is incredibly toxic. Once Callie discovers a secret about her new girlfriend she tries her best to help Arizona. This gets Arizona into trouble that could cost her life.
