Hard pill to swallow (fluff/comfort?)

Angst and fluff, most likely a ton of angst because angst-

(SHIPS IF ANY ARE PURELY SHIPPING THE CHARACTERS AND NOT THE REAL PEOPLE WHO PLAY THOSE CHARACTERS, ALOT OF IT IS UNINTENTIONAL OR ACTUALLY ARE/WERE PAIRS *flower husbands, boat boys, etc.* )
