Chapter 1.

Cadette Cain (who otherwise goes by Scout) is recruited by the scout regiment due to her impressive combat skills.
She is troubled with the deaths of her peers around her, surrounded by the memories of her past.
Scout is thrust into an unforgiving world where her only comfort is the daily onslaught of titans to keep her mind at ease.
