The American dustbowl has returned in full force, and it's choking the country. All the while, gas shortages are choking the world.
Wealthy people are fleeing to shelters, community's, ships, and anything they think can protect them to ride out the collapsing world.
This is the story of a small family in Wyoming contracted to build said shelters, and what they endure to survive the clouds of dust.
