Peter Parker a 15 year old kid from queens has gotten bitten by a spider experimented using a drug called compound V.

The morning later after the most painful experience in his life he awakens with super powers, Peter will now find what it means to be responsible and become a true hero, unlike the false heroes that Vought promotes.
