"I came back to Hawkins to kill the person responsible for Billy's death. Still think YOU are the freak?"

Penelope Hargrove receives a call from her twin brother, Billy, all the way from Hawkins, with him begging for her help. When she arrives home, however, she finds him dead. In her grief and misery, she still cannot ignore the weirdness surrounding this case and stays in Hawkins to find the person responsible for her twin's death. In no time she becomes entangled into horrendous murders leaving people scared around Hawkins, which forces her to face another pain from her past - Eddie Munson.
