This puts everything that Eagle has worked so hard for in jeopardy, not to mention the lives of two billion people. In time, they are offered a choice. Either go back to training and live out their lives like they were supposed to, or risk it all for what is right. On the one hand, Eagle would be thrown back into the chaos that he fought so hard to avoid, on the other, if he stood by, the blood of two billion people would be on his hands.
