Same old Justin, Same old Brooke

Brooke and Justin met two years ago when Brooke moved to Northwest Bryson High-school. This will be their third year knowing each other and according to Hailey (Brooke's best friend) there's been sparks flying between them all summer.
Of course Brooke doesn't see this considering the fact that she doesn't have feelings for him... or does she?
