Aaliyah Fadel was banished from her family and community for exposing vampires to the world. Only she didn't do it and when her brother announces that on his deathbed, everyone seems hell bent on finding her. Now Aaliyah has to keep herself hidden and struggles with emotions of things that she had hoped had long passed.
