The middle child in the Everdeen household, raised as Katniss' twin. She appeared one night with a simple note:

Nova Clematis Lupin Black do as you wish.

Mr. Everdeen saw her and instantly fell in love with the young Lupin Black and her name. Since his daughter was also named after a flower and he knew what Black Clematis' meant he kept her most of her name. Now she was Clematis Nova-Black Everdeen.

Katniss the responsible, logical Everdeen
Clematis the little rebel star.
