Celeste Park, Belly and Steven's cousin is left in the care of their mother Laurel as Celeste's mother Tina is nowhere to be found. She is forced to join Laurel and her kids to come with them to their annual stay at Cousins Beach with Susannah and her kids. For the first time, after hearing stories about them from Belly, she meets Jeremiah and Conrad Fisher for the first time.
