Number four or Y/N as he likes can control the weather based off of his emotions,so he always had to be calm if not punishments would happen. Y/N never met the other kids for unknown reason but soon he would. We he does he gets an obsession but soon he breaks out with a baby he stole from the lab and goes into Hawkins. Let's see how long this obsession will follow and control his life
